# Privacy Policy

## 1. Who we are

Sohlz ("Sohlz", "we", "us") is operated by SOHLZ, registered at 332, Boulevard Brahim Roudani, Maârif. Contact: [hello@sohlz.com](mailto:hello@sohlz.com).

## 2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit sohlz.com, use our consulting services, or use the apps and integrations we build on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp).

## 3. Data we collect

**Website visitors:** name, email, company and any information you submit through forms or when booking a call. Usage data collected by cookies and analytics tools (HubSpot).

**Clients:** business contact details, billing information and the system access needed to deliver our services.

**Meta integrations (data received from Meta):** depending on the services a client connects, this can include Facebook Page, Instagram and WhatsApp Business account IDs and profile information; messages and related information exchanged between our clients and their customers (such as names, usernames and phone numbers); leads submitted through Lead Ads forms; posts, comments and their statistics; ad account, campaign and performance data; and conversion events sent by the client. We only access the data covered by the permissions the client grants.

## 4. How we use data

- To deliver, maintain and improve the services our clients ask for
- To send and receive messages on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp on behalf of our clients
- To sync leads, contacts and conversions between Meta and our clients' systems (CRM, e-commerce, ERP)
- To publish content and manage comments for our clients
- To produce reporting and dashboards for our clients
- To provide support, invoicing and to meet legal obligations

## 5. How we handle Meta Platform Data

- We use data received from Meta only to provide the service to the client who authorized it.
- We never sell, rent or license this data.
- We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to the client's service.
- We share it only with the service providers strictly needed to run the service (listed in section 6).
- We follow the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business policies.

## 6. Who we share data with

- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), to run the connected services
- Tools the client chooses to connect, such as HubSpot or other CRM, e-commerce or ERP systems
- Hosting and infrastructure providers needed to run our apps
- Authorities, only when the law requires it

We never sell personal data.

## 7. Our role

For the services we build on Meta platforms, our client decides how its customers' data is used (data controller). Sohlz processes that data only on the client's instructions (data processor).

## 8. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed to deliver the service. When a contract ends, or on request, we delete client data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

## 9. Security

We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it to deliver the service.

## 10. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing [hello@sohlz.com](mailto:hello@sohlz.com). These rights apply under Moroccan Law 09-08.

## 11. Data deletion requests

To delete your data, email [hello@sohlz.com](mailto:hello@sohlz.com) with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number, email or account concerned. We confirm deletion within 30 days. Clients can also remove Sohlz's access at any time in their Meta Business settings (business integrations or partner access).

## 12. International transfers

Some providers (such as Meta and HubSpot) may process data outside your country. We rely on these providers' standard safeguards for such transfers.

## 13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
